Early bird prices are due in full, allowing us to pre-pay and secure best prices from our suppliers. Consequently, they are non-refundable — so we recommend travel insurance prior to actual payment. In the rare incident of a tour being cancelled by us (which is highly unlikely) then it is refunded in full. Deposits, by contrast, guarantee you a space on the tour, and are refundable for up to 60 days prior to the trip, plus charged at the full applicable rate offered at the time of final payment, minus the deposit already paid.
Payment can be made by bank transfer into our USD Australian or US accounts and incurs no surcharges (excluding charges applied by your bank); or Pay Pal +3%; or by Visa or Mastercard +3.9%. Just inform us which payment method works best for you, and we will supply account details, or credit card authorisation form.
